Connaught Blood is a language assistant with the ESO and Bachillerato classes this school year. She was born and lived in Alaska as well as Hawaii before moving to Michigan, where her parents currently reside. She studied Pre-Medicine as well as Theology at the University of Notre Dame, graduating in 2013, and is currently taking an online course on Advanced Methodologies for English Teachers at the University of Catalonia. She spent the past 2 years working at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC, before coming to Orvalle.

Connaught is living with the Fernandez Morales family which have a daughter, Adriana, in 6 Primaria. She loves working with children and was a basketball coach at a Catholic middle school in Washington, DC. Although this is Connaught's first time in Spain, she has been interested in the cities, history, and culture for many years, and is enjoying all of the wonderful, welcoming people she has met - particularly the faculty, families, and students here at Orvalle!
