Orvalle seleccionado para el foro “Searching for a Culture of Peace” de la UNAV

Las alumnas de 2º de Bachillerato del Colegio Orvalle han sido seleccionadas para participar en el 10º Foro Internacional “searching for a cultura of peace” organizado por la Universidad de Navarra.

El Foro se desarrolla íntegramente en inglés y las alumnas han enviado una ponencia, enfocando el tema desde la perspectiva del turismo como posible camino para la paz.  Los próximos días 18 y 19 de noviembre competirán en Pamplona junto con otros 15 colegios (entre los que hay únicamente 5 españoles). Al mismo tiempo tendrán la oportunidad de convivir con estudiantes de diferentes países y con expertos que acudirán como jurado y para impartir varias conferencias.

“Dear Silvia Ortiz-Echagüe,

On behalf of the University Advisory Office of the University of Navarra we wanted to thank you for the participation of Orvalle in the 10th International Forum “Searching for a Culture of Peace”. We have enjoyed the presentation and we think that the project is very interesting.

 We are also pleased to inform you that your team from Orvalle has been selected to participate in the final phase of the Forum, which will take place on November 18th and 19th in the Campus of the University of Navarra, in Pamplona. The team members are: Marta Carretero Molero, Flavia Ribes Renshaw, Cristina Maldonado Tiegs, Mireya González de la Peña.

Congratulations to all the students that have participated, and we will send you tomorrow all agenda requests in order to organize your trip to the Forum.
