Why a Manager's Job is so Difficult?
Monday, October 3rd, 2016. The students of 1st of bachillerato received a session ("Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Motivation or: Why a Manager's Job is so Difficult") of a german Professor of Management Philosophy from the University of Navarra, “Matthias Hühn", who explained us the intervention of the economic agents in the Maslow pyramid. The role of these three economic agents: families, companies and the Government; let us see that we start with the most basic needs, and, the more our well fair level increases, the more secondary needs we want to satisfy. There are different opinions about reaching our happiness as long as we are satisficing more and higher needs of the pyramid. But, what really motivate us is doing something that we totally like and with a creative and comfortable atmosphere, so we can put passion on everything we do and give the best of ourselves.
