CONGRATULATIONS!

Orvalle has won 2nd place in the 13th International Forum of the University of Navarra

Team members: Beatriz Suárez and Alejandra García from 2ºBACH, Ana Llovet and Mari Carmen Gascón from 2ºBACH.

This year, four girls, two from 1ºBACH (Maricarmen Gascón & Ana Llovet) and another two from 2ºBACH (Alejandra García and Beatriz Suárez), counseled by their teachers Silvia Ortiz Echagüe, Lauren Drake and Mari Carmen MacDonald, have won 2nd place in the 13th International Forum of the University of Navarra.

The main topic of the Forum was "Reshaping the world: Challenges, Opportunities, Dreams". Their project, which was called "Intergenerational Solidarity", had been selected out of more than 70 national and international groups who applied. Another twenty five participants from schools all over the world had taken part. In a second stage of the contest, they had to defend their work in front of a jury at Navarra University, where they had to convince them of the importance of their project. Finally, they have gotten 2nd place, a very important award that recognizes an extraordinary level of researching, public speaking and English proficiency.
